Kingdom of Moroccoモロッコ王国

モロッコは、カサブランカに国立ハンセン病病院がある。この病院は1952年に設立され、ピーク時は200人を超える患者がいたが、現在の入院患者は常時8〜16名、通院患者・回復者は月30名程度。3名の医師（うちハンセン病専門医は1名）が、西サハラ地方で年間数名発見される新規患者の治療と、後遺症のケアを行っている。

In Morocco there is a national leprosy hospital in Casablanca. Established in 1952, the hospital had around 200 patients at its peak. When these photos were taken in 2014, there were between 8-16 inpatients and around 30 outpatients. Three doctors, including one leprosy specialist, treat new cases from the western Sahara region and provide care for those left with ulcers and disabilities.
